The four-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, extends over three levels and can accommodate up to nine adults. The entrance is located on the elevated ground floor, where guests will find the living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the lower level, at the basement level, there are two bedrooms, while the upper level, on the first floor, features two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The first-floor bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, while one basement bedroom contains two joined single beds and an additional single bed, and the other basement bedroom features a sofa suitable for two persons.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi internet access, a Smart TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere on the private balconies furnished with outdoor seating sets, ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. An additional highlight is the private swimming pool located in the small, beautifully landscaped courtyard in front of the property, surrounded by sun loungers that allow guests to fully unwind and enjoy their stay.

Small pets are welcome in this accommodation, provided their stay is announced in advance at the time of booking. An additional fee applies for pets, and a security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been caused.

Cleaning service and linen and towel changes are not included, but these services can be arranged at an additional charge. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation unit.

The house is beautiful, everything is new, with a spacious yard and a pool. There is a large living room with a kitchen and a lovely terrace that offers a breathtaking view. The house is equipped with everything you need. The only downside is the dirt road leading to the house, as well as the parking situation, since low cars cannot access it. If it rains, it becomes virtually impossible. Next to the house, there is a parking area, but it is not a proper parking space; it is merely cleared brush and is quite steep, making it impossible for us to park there.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
