Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The luxury Villa Maximus is located in Polychrono, on the Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of up to 9 guests:
Living room with sofa bed and toilet
First bedroom with one bed and bathroom (AC)
Second bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and bathroom (AC)
Third bedroom with double bed and bathroom (AC)
Fourth bedroom with double bed and bathroom (AC)
The villa has internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a balcony with a view of the sea and the pool.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay.
Staying with pets is possible with a prior agreement and an additional fee for cleaning and a security deposit.
Parking is possible along the street, in front of the complex, but there is no guaranteed parking space.
