Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Luka 3 Apartments is a brand-new, modern property built in 2023. It is situated on a gentle elevation with a beautiful view of the bay, only 450 meters from the Blue Flag beach in Polichrono. Guests have access to a shared pool and private parking, which adds to the comfort of their stay. It is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends who want a perfect combination of tranquility, modern comfort, and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other local amenities.
The accommodation offers studios and apartments, located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, designed to accommodate up to five adults. Studios for four people feature a double bed and a sofa bed for two. Apartments for four people consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, while the bedroom has a double bed. Apartments for five people have the same layout as the apartments for four people, except that the living room has an additional bed for one person, besides the sofa bed for two.
A baby crib is available for guests upon request and at no additional cost.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, and a kitchenette for preparing light meals with a two-ring induction hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.
Depending on the floor, the balconies or verandas, equipped with furnished furniture, offer a view of the pool or the sea.
Guests have access to a shared pool with a separate section for children, a children's playground, and sun loungers by the pool for relaxation and enjoyment.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The accommodation is cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day or earlier upon request. There is also a laundry service available free of charge.
Guests are provided with one parking space per accommodation unit.
