Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
DaMa Maisonettes is a modern and comfortable accommodation located in Polychrono, slightly outside the center of the village, on an elevated position with a beautiful sea view. Each unit has its own private pool, providing guests with complete privacy and additional comfort during their stay. The pool is equipped with sunbeds and is perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The interior is carefully designed in a modern style, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The beach in Polychrono is long, well-organized, and spacious, covered with coarse sand. The sea is clean and transparent, with a gradual depth, making Polychrono an excellent choice for families with children.
There are four two-bedroom apartments available, each designed as a maisonette. They are spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five adults. On the lower level, at ground level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two joined single beds. The living room contains a single sofa bed.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor, there is a veranda, and on the first floor, a balcony accessible from both bedrooms, offering a stunning sea view. Both are equipped with seating sets where guests can relax. For additional enjoyment, each unit has its own private pool with two sunbeds.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every seven days.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation, where there is plenty of space.
