The apartment is intended for two adults and two children, providing a pleasant and functional space for a family holiday. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen that is harmoniously connected with the living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with two sofas, suitable for resting and sleeping for children, while the separate bedroom contains a double bed.

Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, and wireless WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all meals and includes a toaster, kettle, large oven, four glass-ceramic cooktops, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. Also, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available to guests.

The apartment has two balconies, one from the bedroom and the other from the living room, which provide a pleasant space for staying outdoors and relaxing at any time of the day. In addition, guests have access to a shared yard, which can serve as a safe and pleasant space for children to play, as well as an additional place for rest in a quiet environment.

During the stay, guests take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation themselves. Bed linen and towels are provided, and their replacement can be arranged by guests according to their own needs.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
