Description
Assa Maris Beach Hotel is a hotel located right on the beach in the town of Saloniki, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers all the necessary amenities for an ideal vacation.
The hotel consists of rooms and apartments without kitchens, and stays are based on bed and breakfast or half board. Within this accommodation, there are accommodation units designed for three to four people. The units have views of the sea, pool, and courtyard, and are located on the ground floor and first floor.
Accommodation units for three people have a double bed and a sofa for one person, while those for four people have a double bed and two single beds or bunk beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, safety deposit box, and minibar. The bathrooms have a shower tray with toiletries.
On warm summer days, depending on the floor level, with a view of the sea, pool, and/or courtyard, guests can spend time on the balcony or veranda equipped with seating sets. All accommodation units have two verandas or balconies.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. There is also a nicely decorated lobby with a bar and restaurant. Meals inspired by international and Greek cuisine are served in the restaurant (buffet-style breakfast and lunch - self-service). Guests have sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool included in the price, as well as a children's pool. The hotel also offers tennis courts, a children's playground, and, for an additional fee, car rental, bike rental, and a mini-market.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units and replacement of towels and bed linen is done halfway through stays of ten nights or more.
Parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
