Modernly equipped and thoughtfully designed, Twin Villas provide a pleasant atmosphere and everything needed for a carefree and high-quality vacation.

Twin Villas consist of two separate units, two detached houses, spread over two levels, offering comfortable accommodation in a well-organized space. On the ground floor of each villa, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. One of the villas also includes a separate small house within the yard, designed as a studio with an open-plan sleeping area, kitchen, and its own bathroom. The smaller villa accommodates up to six adults and one child, while the larger villa can host up to eight adults and one child. The bedrooms are furnished with either a double bed or two single beds joined together, while the living room includes two sofas suitable for one person each. The additional studio in the larger villa also features a double bed, making this accommodation ideal for families and larger groups of friends seeking comfort and functionality in one place.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

Guests have access to air conditioning units in the living room and in some bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay during warm days. The living room also features a flat-screen TV for relaxation and entertainment, while Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property. The kitchen is modernly equipped and suitable for preparing meals for larger groups, featuring a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with freezer, four ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher. Additional small appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave are also available. The property also includes a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Special attention has been given to the outdoor area, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The space around the private pools is carefully designed, with each unit offering six sun loungers while maintaining privacy between the villas. Each villa has a veranda accessible from the living room, furnished with comfortable seating, as well as three balconies offering charming views of the pool, greenery, and the sea in the background. The spacious and beautifully landscaped yard further enhances comfort, and as it is fully enclosed, it provides a safe environment for children to play freely. Guests can also use a shared barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking.

Cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided regularly every three days to ensure a high level of hygiene and comfort throughout the stay.

Private parking is available exclusively for guests, with three parking spaces for both villas.

Polychrono is one of the most visited and popular resorts on the eastern coast of Kassandra in Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, and vibrant promenade filled with taverns, cafés, and shops. Due to its popularity, accommodation slightly removed from the center is an excellent choice, offering peace and privacy while keeping all amenities easily accessible. Nearby destinations include Hanioti 6 km, Pefkohori 10 km and the must-visit beach in Kriopigi 6 km. Thessaloniki Airport is 86 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
