The house accommodates up to eight adults and is spread over two levels: the ground floor and the first floor, providing a well-organized living space. The ground floor features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a separate toilet, while the first floor includes two bedrooms and a bathroom, ensuring a მშვიდ and restful sleeping area. The living room has a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other has a single bed and a bunk bed.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

Air conditioning units are available in the living room and in each bedroom, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest summer days. The living room also features a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped with four standard burners, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are also provided, making meal preparation quick and easy. Additional conveniences include a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy a yard with a well-maintained lawn, offering a pleasant outdoor space. Each bedroom has access to fenced balconies, and there is also a veranda with a seating area—perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in a cozy atmosphere. A private barbecue is available upon request for those who wish to enjoy outdoor cooking.

Small pets are allowed at this property, but their stay must be announced in advance during the booking process. An additional fee applies for pets. Upon arrival, guests traveling with pets are required to leave a security deposit, which will be retained in case of any damage and fully refunded if no damage occurs.

Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation.

One parking space is available for guests.

Polychrono is one of the most visited and popular resorts on the eastern coast of Kassandra in Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, and vibrant promenade lined with tavernas, cafés, and shops. Due to its popularity, accommodation slightly removed from the center is an excellent choice, offering peace and privacy while keeping all amenities within easy reach. Nearby destinations include Hanioti 5 km, Pefkohori 9 km, and the must-visit beach in Kriopigi 6 km. Thessaloniki Airport is 88 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
