Two Floors Cozy 3-Bedroom Maisonette is located in Polykhron, about 100 meters from the beach, in one of the popular resorts on Kassandra, suitable for guests who want to stay in a place with a developed tourist offer and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and promenades. The accommodation is a good choice for families or smaller groups of guests who want more spacious living space, separate bedrooms, and a practical layout on two levels.

The apartment is organized as a maisonette on two levels and is intended for a maximum of six adults. Due to the cascading construction of the building, the entrance is located on the level of the first floor, where the living room with kitchen and bathroom are located. The lower level, which is at ground floor level, includes three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a bed for one person. An additional sleeping place is provided on the sofa for one person in the living room.

For families traveling with a baby, a baby cot can be provided on request and at no extra charge, which makes it easier for parents to organize their stay and reduces the need to bring additional equipment from home.

The apartment is equipped with facilities that allow families and smaller groups of guests to have a practical stay during their vacation. Air conditioners in the living room and in two bedrooms with double beds contribute to a more pleasant temperature in the rooms that are used the most, while in the third bedroom, where there is a bed for one person, a fan is available to guests. WiFi internet and a TV set provide additional possibilities for information, entertainment, and relaxation. The kitchen is adapted to the preparation of more demanding meals during the stay, as it is equipped with a glass-ceramic plate with four heating surfaces, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. For added practicality, the apartment also has a washing machine located in the pantry, as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The apartment has a balcony that can be accessed from the living room, as well as two private enclosed verandas in the lower part of the accommodation, which further expand the space for outdoor living. From the outer parts, there is a view of the surroundings. The area around the building is mostly paved and is not intended for guests to sit, nor does it have additional facilities, but the balcony and verandas allow you to spend part of the day outside, within the private space of the apartment.

For guests traveling on vacation with a small pet, the pet’s stay in this accommodation is possible upon request and with an additional charge. In order for everything to be organized before arrival, it is necessary for the pet to be previously announced and confirmed by the owner.

During the stay, the guests independently take care of maintaining the hygiene of the apartment. A basic set of bed linen and towels is provided in the accommodation, while the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay is not provided. If guests need an additional cleaning service, it can be organized for an additional fee.

When it comes to parking, the accommodation does not have a classic private parking space, but parking is possible in front of the building or around the accommodation itself. The availability of places depends on the current availability of free space.

Polychrono is one of the more famous resorts on the east coast of Kassandra, suitable for guests who want to stay in a more lively place, with the beach and everyday amenities within easy reach. The beach stretches along most of the place, and in some parts it is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, while there are also parts where guests can use their own equipment. The coast is a combination of sand and finer pebbles, and the sea is generally easily accessible, which makes this beach practical for families, but also for guests who like to spend most of the day by the sea. Along the coast, there is a promenade with taverns, restaurants, and cafes, while markets, bakeries, shops, and other amenities needed during vacation are available in the place. Thanks to its location on Kassandra, Polichrono can be a good starting point for visiting the surrounding towns and beaches, especially Hanioti, Pefkohori, Kallithea, and other popular parts of the peninsula. The accommodation is about 87 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
