The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is suitable for a maximum of six adults. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom, all carefully arranged to provide the perfect summer retreat. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two people. The interior stands out with carefully selected decorative details, striking wall illustrations, and a design that gives the space a unique character and creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

The accommodation is equipped with three air-conditioning units, ensuring an ideal temperature even during the hottest summer days. Each room also features a smart TV with Netflix access, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite movies and series during relaxing evenings. A hairdryer is also available. The modern kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a built-in washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The two balconies are perfect places to enjoy peaceful outdoor moments, whether with a morning coffee, an evening gathering, or simply relaxing after a day spent at the beach. Furnished with modern and comfortable seating areas, they offer a pleasant atmosphere where guests can enjoy the summer ambiance of Polychrono. The front balcony overlooks the fenced courtyard of the accommodation, which is ideal for children to play safely while parents can relax and fully enjoy their holiday.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays of 10 nights or more, cleaning service is provided, along with a change of bed linen and towels every four days. During shorter stays, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, while replacement sets of bed linen and towels are not provided.

Guests have access to a private parking space, ensuring safe and convenient parking throughout their stay.

Polychrono, one of the most popular resorts on the Kassandra peninsula, charms visitors with its beautiful sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, and pleasant atmosphere that perfectly combines relaxation and entertainment. Those who enjoy exploring can easily visit nearby places such as Hanioti, 5 km away, and Pefkochori, 9 km away, both known for their lively streets, rich selection of amenities, and beautiful beaches. Thessaloniki International Airport is approximately 88 km from the apartment, and the drive to Polychrono takes you through scenic landscapes that already announce the true Mediterranean holiday experience upon arrival.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
