Our description
Possidi Hiliadou Boutique Resort is a recently built accommodation (2011), in an isolated and peaceful location in Possidi. It has eight comfortable, clean and luxuriously furnished apartments for four people. Amenities include a swimming pool, spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, as well as private parking within it.
Possidi is a quiet place surrounded by pine trees, with promenade by the sea, several taverns, restaurants, beautifully arranged cafes and basic amenities. Just a 2-minute drive from the accommodation there's one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful beach on Kassandra, Aigeopelagitika, landscaped and long sandy beach.
The apartments (40m2) are set in four buildings and each has plenty of privacy. They consist of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, small fridge and microwave) and the bathroom has a shower cabin.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, safe box, mosquito nets, hairdryer and wireless internet. On the ground floor, apartments have two verandas (front and back), actually, two small private courtyards, while the apartments up the stairs have comfortable balconies. From all parts of the yard and from the terraces, there is a beautiful view of the green areas and the open space.
Everything in this accommodation is top-notch quality, from porcelain plates, through branded accessories and utensils, to anatomical mattresses of a well-known manufacturer.
Cleaning is carried out every day and bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights, or more often upon request.
The pool is clean, with a part for children, light and relaxing music is playing in the poolside bar and given the number of apartments, the pool and yard are never crowded.
Guests can use the bicycles in the yard to explore the area, Possidi and beautiful beaches. There's also a basketball court in the yard. The lawn is tidy and perfectly maintained. One of the biggest advantages of this accommodation is excellent hygiene and maintenance, as well as the peace throughout the environment.
After turning off the highway towards Possidi, pass by the pharmacy and take the first street to the right after the supermarket Arista. Take the asphalt road till you reach the intersection, then continue along the dirt road that will take you directly to this beautiful complex.

Owners description
The settlement Poseidi Hiliadou is near a small fishing village Possidi on the first leg of Halkidiki, Kassandra peninsula. It is 110km far from Thessaloniki, while the lovely sandy beach is just 600m away.
The complex consists of eight 40sqm apartments. Εach apartment involves bedroom wιth double bed and anatomic mattresses, living room with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, A/C, WiFi internet and a TV. The apartments are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The pool is open from 10:00-19:00.
Ideal for your rest are also our balconies in each apartment, our pool with its sunbeds, our golf court and our kids' pool witch will love the younger visitors. Last but not least, there are our bikes for long or sort escapes and basketball court for athletic emotions.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ne znam da li vam je stiglo jutros ono sto sam vam napisao,ali evo par stvari. Apartmani su komforni,bezprekorno cisti,domacini vrlo profesionalni i veoma ljubazni. Nemam ni najmanju primedbu,cak naprotiv samo pohvale. Cista desetka

Sve je bilo savrseno sto se tice smestaja, cistoce, ljubaznosti. Bas kako je i predstavljeno na vasem sajtu. Ko voli mir i tisinu, zaista savrseno. Bazen je cist, redovno su se cistili apartmani i menjali peskiri, parking obezbedjen. Pohvala za, pretpostavljam gazdaricu, koja je u jednom trenutku mojoj porodici donela na bazen sveze isprzene krofnice. Deca su bila odusevljena.
