At one of the most beautiful locations in Possidi of Kassandra, Halkidiki, the Aegaiopelagitika area, we have created a special environment with 6 luxurious villas with limitless view, our Sunset Villas. The Sunset Villas complex has 6 fully equipped and recently renovated villas.

The villas are fully harmonized with the natural beauty-environment of the area while being only 30 meters away from a multiple times blue flag awarded beach.

The area has an amazing climate with long sunny days, beautiful sunsets and a clear horizon that sometimes allows guests to see the snowy tops of the mythical mountain Olympus.

In the area one can also find the ancient temple of Poseidon (4th century B.C.) indicating the important role Possidi played during ancient times. Moreover, very close to the villas, guests can easily reach traditional fish taverns placed next to the sea whereas 20 kilometers away they can find Kallithea with its famous night life.

There are a total of two Standard Villas in the complex. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one double bed in each, and one bathroom. From the first floor, an internal staircase leads to the attic, where there are two single beds and an additional bathroom. Villas of this type have a total of 4 air conditioners - one is located on the ground floor, one in each of the bedrooms on the first floor, and one in the attic.

There are a total of two Premium Villas in the complex. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one double bed in each, and one bathroom. From the first floor, an internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two single beds and an additional bathroom. From the second floor, an internal staircase leads to the attic, where there is another single bed. Villas of this type have a total of 4 air conditioners - one is located on the ground floor, one in each of the bedrooms on the first floor, and one in the attic.

There is only one Superior Villa in the complex. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another one living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with one double bed in each of them, as well as a separate bathroom for every bedroom. A villa of this type has a total of 3 air conditioners - one on the ground floor, and one in each of the bedrooms on the first floor.

There is only one Deluxe Villa in the complex. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with one double bed in each, as well as one additional bathroom. A villa of this type has a total of 4 air conditioners - one is located on the ground floor, and one in each of the bedrooms on the first floor.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
