Beautiful Sea Side Maisonette is located on the Kassandra peninsula, near Posidi, a village characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The accommodation is situated 60m away from the beach with turquoise sea.
This two-bedroom apartment is intended for a maximum of seven adults. Due to its cascading construction, the accommodation has an entrance on the ground floor, reached by six steps from the street, while its balcony is at the level of the high ground floor. This accommodation, structured as a maisonette on two levels, has a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom on the first level, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out bed, and the dining area features a sofa for two persons and a sofa for one person.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a frappe machine, and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on the furnished balcony.
Two sunbeds and a parasol on the beach are also available to guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
