Beautiful Sea Side Maisonette is located on the Kassandra peninsula, near the small village of Posidi, characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The accommodation is situated 60 meters away from the beach with turquoise sea.

The apartment with two bedrooms is intended for a maximum of seven adults. Due to its cascading construction, the entrance is on the ground floor, accessible from the street via six steps, while the balcony is on the high ground floor level. This accommodation, which is structured as a maisonette on two levels, has a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom on the first level, on the ground floor, while on the upper level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out bed, while the dining area includes a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a toaster.

From the balcony, equipped with seating furniture, there is a view of the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
