Owner description
Eclat du Jour Apartment is located on the peninsula of Kassandra, near the small village of Posidi, characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The accommodation is situated 60m away from the beach with turquoise sea.
The accommodation property consists of three levels and can accommodate up to six people. Due to its cascading construction, the entrance is on the ground floor level, where you can find the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the first level (basement level, with the ground floor on the outside, and the room has access to the veranda), there is a bedroom, while on the third level (first floor level) there is another bedroom with access to a balcony and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning, but guests have complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a fan in all rooms, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, large oven, big fridge with freezer, and toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
On warm summer days, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony, both equipped with seating sets and overlooking the garden.
In the well-kept garden, guests can enjoy barbecue preparations with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as changing the bed linens and towels provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
