For reservations for period from 06.06.2025 to 30.09.2025, for 7 or more paid nights guest will have 1 nights for free.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Eclat du Jour Apartment is located on the peninsula of Kassandra, near the small village of Posidi, characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The accommodation is situated 60m away from the beach with turquoise sea.
The accommodation property consists of three levels and can accommodate up to six people. Due to its cascading construction, the entrance is on the ground floor level, where you can find the living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the first level (basement level, with the ground floor on the outside, and the room has access to the veranda), there is a bedroom, while on the third level (first floor level), there is another bedroom with access to a balcony and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
Although there is no air conditioning in this accommodation, each room is equipped with a fan, which provides pleasant refreshment during warmer days. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that includes a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster. All the necessary pots, pans, pots and utensils for preparing and consuming meals are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
On warm summer days, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony, both equipped with seating sets and overlooking the garden.
In the landscaped and maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. For children, a small table with two chairs and Barbie dolls is provided, while board games are intended for both children and adults, providing an opportunity for fun and quality time spent outdoors.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as changing the bed linens and towels provided.
A parking space within a private parking area is provided for the accommodation's guests.
