Accommodation description

Callisti Villa is a spacious and comfortable maisonette located near the resort of Possidi, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. It is very suitable for a family holiday or a stay with a group of friends. Located 1.5 km from the village center, and only 340 m from the local beach, it guarantees a vacation characterized by enjoying the greenery and nature.

The apartment, which is designed for a maximum of six adults, spans over two levels, and consists of the groundfloor, in which there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a separate toilet, as well as the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upon entering the apartment, which is a part of a larger object built on uneven terrain, one should use six steps of stairs downward to reach the living room, which has direct access to the porch and the yard. In the living room there are two sofas for one person, while both bedrooms are equipped with double beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice when booking.

Air conditioners are placed in the bedrooms on the first floor, while the living room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The facility has a wireless Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary elements, including a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven, a modern cooking plate with glass-ceramic hotplates, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. At guests’ disposal there is a washing machine, as well as a hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy the open air areas - the porch or the balcony, which are equipped with sitting furniture. The outdoor space includes a well-maintained grassy yard, which provides opportunities for various outdoor activities, especially for the youngest.

It is not possible to stay in this facility with pets.

The cleaning service, as well as the services of linen and towel change are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

Two private parking spaces are provided for guests.

Callisti Villa is at 16 km distance from the resort of Nea Skioni, 20 km from Polichrono, and 27 km from Pefkochori. If you plan to arrive by plane, the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 93 km away.

We cared a lot about the kitchen being well equipped, especially since we prepared our meals at home, as well as the spaciousness, the host’s availability, and cleanliness.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
