Hotel Description

Kasimidis Apartments is the accommodation with 11 studios and apartments for 2-4 people. It’s located in a small enclosed yard with barbecue and parking space.

Set in Siviri, on the main road, on the left, shortly after supermarket Masoutis, it’s about 700m from the center and the beach, with the nearest bakery 50m away, by supermarket Masoutis.

Seven studios (35m2) for 2-3 persons have one double and a single bed, and four apartments (50m2) for four persons have four single beds. The auxiliary bed is available on request and at extra cost. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV (apartments have two), internet, terrace (studios have an enclosed porch, two apartments have small and two apartments have a large terrace) with awning and 2-ring hob, small fridge and necessary utensils in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.

During their stay, guests themselves maintain hygiene in the accommodation units, whilst towels and bed linen are replaced ed only upon request.

Usually, there’s enough parking space around the house for all guests, but you can also park across the street, along the road.

Kasimidis Apartments is a great choice for anyone looking for decent accommodation outside the center, and close to all the amenities this lovely place has to offer.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring its own parking space. The owner is very kind and always available.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
