The accommodation is located near cafes and restaurants, five-minutes away by foot.
It is an apartment with two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other one there is a pull-out sofa that is intended for two people. In the living room there is a nother sofa, intended for one child up to 18 years of age.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
