- For stays longer than seven days, for the cleaning service and replacement of bed linen and towels, an additional payment of 50€ per reservation is required.
- The stay of small pets is allowed with an additional charge of 100€ per reservation.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Simeli Home is located in Siviri, a small place with a Mediterranean flair that has all the facilities needed for a peaceful family vacation, on the west of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki and 200m from the beach.
This accommodation, which is located on the high ground floor of the house and is reached by six steps, is a two-bedroom apartment in its structure and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings viewing the yard on the furnished balcony.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay.
