Simeli Home is located in Siviri, a small place with a Mediterranean flair that has all the facilities needed for a peaceful family vacation, on the west of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki and 200m from the beach.

This accommodation, which is located on the high ground floor of the house and is reached by six steps, is a two-bedroom apartment in its structure and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings viewing the yard on the furnished balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For stays longer than seven days, the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every seventh day, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided. There is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning for every reservation.

There is an umbrella, one deck chair and beach chairs available to guests.

No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation, along the street.

Simeli Home is 26km from the popular resort of Pefkochori, 22km from Hanioti, and 85km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

The apartment is quite satisfactory for a family of five, fully equipped. The only drawback is the drain, which we had to clean, and the hot water takes 15 minutes to start flowing.

The accommodation is exceptionally well-equipped, surpassing the standards for lodging in Greece. It is situated in a small apartment complex, very close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

For stays longer than seven days, for the cleaning service and replacement of bed linen and towels, an additional payment of 50€ per reservation is required.
The stay of small pets is allowed with an additional charge of 100€ per reservation.
