Description
Ioannis Stone House is located in Siviri, a small town with a Mediterranean charm on the west coast of Kassandra, 2.5km from the nearest beach. The place offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation, with Masoutis supermarket 1km away, and taverns, restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops at a distance of 2km.
This accommodation is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to eight people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas and a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a bathroom.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a drying rack, a kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hotplates and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy the balcony or veranda equipped with seating set.
Within the fenced and well-maintained yard, guests can prepare barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and for an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing the bed linen and towels. A mandatory cleaning fee is applicable for all reservations at the end of the stay.
A parking space is available within the yard for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
