Efi House is located 190m away from the beach in the quaint village of Siviri on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula. Far from the crowds, amidst beautiful sunsets on the beach with crystal-clear water and a long shallow shore, Siviri is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful vacation with all necessary amenities.

This accommodation offers guests a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, suitable for up to five adults. One bedroom features a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while there is a sofa for one person in the living room.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a distant sea view on one of the three balconies furnished with seating sets.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation with an additional fee. Upon arrival, guests with pets staying in the accommodation are required to pay a security deposit, to cover potential damages caused by the pet. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is caused by the pet during their stay.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, and there is no provision for replacing bedding and towels.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is public parking available in front of the accommodation with ample space for parking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum number of nights is six.
When arriving at the accommodation with a pet, an additional payment for cleaning is required and it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
