Accommodation description

Efi House is located 190m away from the beach in the quaint village of Siviri on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula. Far from the crowds, amidst beautiful sunsets on the beach with crystal-clear water and a long shallow shore, Siviri is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful vacation with all necessary amenities.

This accommodation offers guests a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, suitable for up to five adults. One bedroom features a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while there is a sofa for one person in the living room.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a distant sea view on one of the three balconies furnished with seating sets.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation with an additional fee. Upon arrival, guests with pets staying in the accommodation are required to pay a security deposit, to cover potential damages caused by the pet. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is caused by the pet during their stay.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, and there is no provision for replacing bedding and towels.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is public parking available in front of the accommodation with ample space for parking.

Efi House is 10km away from the popular town of Kalithea, 28km from Pefkochori, and 82km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

The relationship between price and quality is far from realistic. The accommodation is situated in a great location, spacious, and offers a fantastic view; however, the hygiene standards are alarmingly low. The furniture is sparse, very old, worn out, and damaged. There is an issue with the boiler, making the bathroom unsafe, and there isn't enough hot water for showers for more than two people. Additionally, the bathroom is not secure due to the glass shower doors that can come off. This accommodation certainly does not justify the price being charged for it.

The apartment is situated on a hill, which means there is a steep incline and stairs leading to it (anyone coming with small children should be aware of this). It is close to a beach that is nearby, and just a few minutes' walk away is the wider area with taverns and sun loungers. The furniture is quite old, which is not a problem, but the corner sofa in the living room looked dirty, and there was no rug over it. The terrace and the view are the only things that are worthwhile, in my opinion. Out of three terraces, only one has a mosquito net, making the other two unusable. You can open the terrace doors, but be prepared for grasshoppers, mantises, and other insects to come in. The washing machine is very old. It works, but the laundry comes out with various yellow stains and spots. There is a boiler that can heat a certain amount of water for everyone to take a quick shower, but it's a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature in the shower, meaning it can be hot, then cold, and nothing in between. The shower cabin has glass doors that fall out of their hinges, making them impossible to close, and it's better not to touch them. There is no toaster. There is an old device for making folded sandwiches, but that is not a toaster. All in all, it is bearable, but for that price - no. It seems to me that Nikana has never been in this accommodation. At least they would have noticed that there is no mosquito net... The beds are okay. The location is beautiful, as are the beaches. Sun loungers are expensive, costing around 15 euros per lounger, which totals 30 euros.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
