Hotel Description

Hristina House is located in the village of Sozopoli, in Halkidiki, 300 meters from the town beach and 5 km from Vergia beach. The accommodation is ideal for a family vacation, away from the crowds, in a beautifully landscaped garden.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to seven adults. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two and an extra bed for one person.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, TV, fans in the bedrooms, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

From the veranda, furnished with seating area, guests can enjoy views of the garden and surroundings, and also prepare meals on the barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, with a replacement set of bedding and towels available for them to change as needed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
