Hotel Description

Fanari Hotel is located in the village of Fanari, not far from the beach. The property offers modernly decorated rooms with sea views, a restaurant, bar, and private parking.

The town center is 650m away, while the nearest market is 50m from the accommodation.

The beach is 700m away.

The hotel has 32 rooms of different types, spread over the first and second floors of the building which has an elevator.

Single rooms (14m2) are designed for one person and have one double bed.

Standard double rooms (18m2) are for two people and have one double bed or two single beds.

Superior double rooms (18m2) are for two people and have one double bed.

Triple rooms (20m2) consist of one double bed and one single bed and can accommodate three people.

Family rooms (25m2) have two double beds or one double bed and two single beds. They can accommodate up to four people.

Family suites (40m2) have a king-size double bed and two single beds and are located on the second floor. They can accommodate four people.

The specificity in some of the rooms are bathrooms that do not have privacy, that is, they have glass, which instead of a wall separates them from the other room, but they have a blind that can be lowered.

The rooms have balconies with sea or street views and seating areas.

Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, air conditioning, standard refrigerator, hairdryer, mosquito nets, mini bar, hypoallergenic Coco-Mat mattresses, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The hotel also features a restaurant and a bar serving guests. The hotel operates on a half-board basis (buffet breakfast and dinner). The reception is open from 8:00 am to midnight.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Guests of the accommodation are provided with a parking space within the private parking area located next to the building.

This Rhodope coastal village, which has a large tourist traffic every summer, thanks to the reputation of a wonderful, sandy beach with crystal clear sea, is 32 km from Komotini, 38 km from Xanthi and 235 km from Thessaloniki. It can be an ideal base for day trips to the picturesque neighboring village of Arogi or to the resort of Porto Lagos. One of the main features of the landscape in Fanari is the existence of the Xirolimni lagoon directly opposite the famous Fanari beach: the strip that separates it from the sea is only 100m wide.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
