Description
Secret Paradise Villa is an accomodation unit with a swimming pool on the seaside. Beautiful yard features gazebo with barbeque overlooking the sea, playground with swings and remarkable view. Private beach is easily accessible.
Accomodation units have a sea view, fully equipped kitchen with oven, a bathroom with hair dryer and a terrace with sea and mountain view.
There are three villas - Ariadni, Nefeli and Amelia.
Ariadni villa is designed for a total of eleven people. It has four bedrooms. The first and the second room each have a double bed, while the third room has a king-size double bed. There is also another smaller bedroom with another single bed as well as a room intended for three children, located in the attic. In the attic there are three single beds and a lot of toys and a space fully adapted for children to play. The loft does not have a separate door and is not intended for children under the age of five.
Nefeli villa is a slightly smaller villa, intended for a total of eight people. In each bedroom, of which there are three in total, there is one double bed, while in two living rooms there is one sofa intended for one child.
The third villa - Amelia - has four bedrooms, each of which has a double bed. In the living rooms, one located on the ground floor and the other located on the first floor, there is one sofa for each child.
Each villa has two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are shower cabins with a glass partition, while on the first floor, in the second bathroom, there are bathtubs.
The guests of these villas have at their disposal one common pool, which has a hydromassage section, a section of the pool for children, and next to the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas that are included in the price, as well as an outdoor shower.

If guests stay for more than seven days, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests change themselves. Cleaning is done only on request and it is necessary to notify the owner of the accommodation in advance. The price is not defined.
It is also possible to organize a massage if the guests request it.
Pets are allowed upon prior request.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
