Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Sofias Ferienhaus is located in Kavala, near the city beach Rapsani. It is ideal for larger families as it features three separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with sea view.
The city center is 2km away, while the nearest market is located 400m away. The city beach of Rapsani is 350m away.
This maisonette spans three floors, with three separate bedrooms, and can accommodate up to seven people.
On the first floor of this 130m2 accommodation, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi, while on the second floor, there is a kitchen, a large living room with a dining area, and a sofa for one person. The third floor includes another bedroom with a double bed and access to a large balcony with seating area and views of the sea and the city. Each floor has access to a standard balcony.
Guests have access to internet, air conditioning in each room, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. There is a jacuzzi with a glass partition in the bathroom on the second floor, while there is a toilet on the first floor.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
There is no private parking available. Parking can be found in nearby streets close to the accommodation. It is not possible to reach the accommodation itself by car.
