Discount
For reservations made after 01.01.2025 before 01.05.2025, for period from 01.04.2025 to 31.10.2025, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Andreas Seaview House is located in the quiet town of Sozopol, Halkidiki, in the first row to the sandy beach (200m). The entire house is for rent and can host up to 12 people.
It is about 100-150m away from the bakery, restaurant and market.
On the first level (ground floor) there is a living room with a dining room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
On the first floor there is a large living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with King Size beds and a bathroom with a toilet.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are two air conditioners on each floor). Free WiFi internet, flat screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, hair dryer and washing machine are available to guests.
The accommodation has a kitchen on both floors. The kitchens are fully equipped, both have four hotplates, large ovens, a large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Another refrigerator is located in the yard.The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower cabin, and the bathroom on the first floor has a shower with a curtain.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on a fenced veranda or balcony, equipped with seating.
In the fenced yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior request and agreement.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen is done every 3 days.
Guests can park on the street and there is usually plenty of space.
