Karadolas Maisonette is located in Kavala, the second largest city in northern Greece, and one of the most picturesque cities in Greece, just 450m from the nearest beach and a few hundred meters from bakeries, supermarkets, and everything you might need.
This three-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette on two levels, features three bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level, while the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, comprises a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. Karadolas Maisonette is designed to accommodate a maximum of six adults and one child under the age of 12. Situated on the ground floor of a cascading building, due to the sloping terrain, all balconies are either on the level of the first or second floor. In this apartment, two bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with independent cooling units in the living room and one bedroom, offers guests free WiFi, smart TVs in both the living room and one bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee and frappe maker.

Pets are allowed upon request and included in the price.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
