Accommodation description

Seagull Apartments are located in close proximity to the sandy beach. The offer includes apartments with two separate bedrooms, some of which have a sea view. The yard also offers a sea view and houses a barbecue available to guests.

The accommodation is situated in Nea Peramos, 170m away from the beach. The nearest shop is about 100m away.

The accommodation was built in 2003 and renovated in 2018. There are three duplex apartments available, each accommodating up to four adults and one or two small children. All units have an area of approximately 75m2.

The upstairs apartment has two single beds in one bedroom, while the other has a double bed. The living room features two sofas suitable for children to sleep on. The ground floor apartment (at the front) is of the same layout, with the only difference being that both bedrooms have a double bed. There is a washing machine.

The ground floor apartment at the back was renovated for the 2020 season. It features a double bed (one of narrower dimensions) in each bedroom, as well as two sofas, one in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, stove with a small oven, coffee maker, and kettle. It has two bathrooms.

All apartments include a TV, internet, air conditioning, hairdryer, and mosquito nets (on the doors). The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a curtain. The ground floor apartment (at the front) and the first-floor apartment have a sea view, while the other ground floor apartment overlooks a smaller yard at the back of the house.

An extra bed and baby cot can be added upon request.

Cleaning is done midway through the stay (for reservations of 10 nights or more), and guests can also request a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they can change themselves. Cleaning service midway through the stay is not provided for the apartment at the back.

The front yard of the house is paved and also offers a sea view. Guests can use the barbecue located there.

Parking spaces can be found in nearby streets.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
