This 80m2 attic apartment is situated in the house and consists of a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and curtain. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the living room is equipped with a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed.

Upon request, guests are provided with a baby cot.

The apartment is equipped with a large air conditioning unit located in the living room, a fan, free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, stove with three burners and a small oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The balcony, accessible from the living room and offering a beautiful view of the sea and surroundings, is furnished with a seating set. Both bedrooms have access to a shared, large balcony overlooking the mountain and the street.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment as well as changing the bed linen and towels provided. There is an option for a cleaning service at an additional cost.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
