If you are in search of high-quality accommodation where you will feel at home, and the proximity to the beach is not of crucial importance to you, the Sunny Apartments in the village of Agios Nikolaos can be an excellent choice for your vacation.

The accommodation is located in the village of Agios Nikolaos, and it is 4km away from the famous Trani Ammouda beach, with the nearest market and tavern about 150m away.

There are three apartments available, one with seven beds and one with five beds located on the second floor, while another five-bed apartment is situated on the ground floor.

The seven-bed apartment is designed for a maximum of seven adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

The five-bed apartments are suitable for up to five people. They include a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The second-floor apartment has a double and a single bed in one bedroom, and bunk beds in the other. The ground floor apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom, and a sofa in the living room.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The seven-bed apartment also includes an air fryer and a dishwasher.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every fifth day.

Due to the lack of a courtyard, the accommodation does not have private parking, but there is ample parking space in the vicinity.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
