The house is located in the village of Agios Nikolaos, 4 km from the famous Trani Ammouda beach and about 150 meters from the nearest market and tavern.

On the first floor of the house, there is a large apartment that can accommodate up to eight people (7+1), with the addition of one extra bed. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and an air conditioner. The living room features a corner sofa with a table and chairs. The corner sofa can also be used for sleeping one adult. The kitchen is equipped with necessary cookware, a small oven with four burners, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, and a dining table. Guests have access to two bathrooms. The apartment has three exits to a balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs for seating and has an awning. There is also a washing machine and an iron.

The other two apartments (for 5 adults) are located on the ground floor, but due to the cascading design of the building, the apartments are one step below the ground level and receive slightly less natural light. However, there is a spacious veranda with a table and chairs at ground level. Both apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with either two single beds or one double and one single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. In one of these two apartments, the kitchen has a sofa for one adult. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware, an electric stove, a microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower. Both apartments also have a washing machine.

On the second floor of the building next door, there is a five-bed apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has bunk beds, and the living room contains a sofa for seating, a table, and chairs, along with kitchen elements. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cookware, an electric stove, a microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower. The apartment has a washing machine and two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

It consists of a living room with a dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and there is a sofa for one person in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, stove with four burners, large oven, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. All apartments have a TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every three days. The owner can provide a baby crib upon request.

An excellent accommodation in an old traditional house, located in the heart of a beautiful village. We stayed for just four days, yet we are already dreaming of returning.
