The property is located in the village of Agios Nikolaos, 4 km from the well-known Trani Ammouda Beach and approximately 150 m from the nearest supermarket and taverns.

The accommodation offers a seven-person apartment located on the second floor. It can accommodate up to seven adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for one person.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

This air-conditioned apartment offers free WiFi, a Smart TV with access to Netflix, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a large oven, a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and the apartment is cleaned every fifth day.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
