Complex Dimitris, a modern four apartment complex, is located 200m from the beaches and 600m from the center of Keramoti.
It can accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for families or groups of people.
The complex has 4 furnished apartments and a large garden with Barbeque kiosk and facilities.Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). It has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It has also amenities such as air conditioning, fridge freezer, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and all the equipment to prepare and serve any meal.
The complex has a special emphasis on functionality and comfort, as it is newly built and decorated in earthy tones. It ensures a mental rest and also gives a unique feeling of calm and relaxation. All rooms are distinguished for their modern design and discreet simplicity. The modern aesthetics and the unique layout in combination with the comfortable spaces, guarantee you a “pleasant” stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobili smo apartman u prizemlju na severnoj strani koji je veoma mračan, sablasan, jer je pored kuća koja skroz zaklanja svetlo. U tom apartmanu se oseca na buđ. Na naŝe insistiranje premestili su nas u drugi, lepo osvetljen apartman. Pri pregovaranju o promeni apartmana, vlasnik je delovao kao da hoće da se svađa, do sad nismo imali takvo iskustvo sa vlasnikom. U apartmanu nema posudja za priremu hrane, osim jedne serpe. Nije dozvoljeno prženje (zbog mirisa, tako nam je rekao vlasnik). Mi nismo ni planirali da spremamo hranu, tako da smo se snasli, jedino sto ne moze ni doručak da se spremi, što je bas previse, s obzirom da smo iznajmili apartman, a ne hotelsku sobu. Opis sa sajta ne odgovara, jer nema ni veŝ maŝine, ni posuđa, ni rerne. Kauč̣ na razvlačenje je uzak za dvoje dece, oko 110 cm. Sve je novo i čisto. Prednje dvoriste je lepo i održavano. Zadnja strana kuće je mnogo mračna. Peŝkiri i posteljina su odlični. Ima fen i peglu.
