Accommodation description

Dimitris Apartments is located in the village of Keramoti, near the beach. It offers apartments with verandas on the ground floor, overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden with a children’s playground and a barbecue. An ideal choice for families with young children and couples.

The center of the village is 900m away, and the nearest market is 400m from the accommodation.

The beach is 300m away.

This complex consists of four apartments that can accommodate up to four people: two adults and two children.

The apartments (40m2) consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a narrow sofa for two children, a small equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Each apartment has a veranda on the ground floor overlooking the yard and a seating area.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, a hairdryer, and a kitchen with two burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than seven nights.

In the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, children can actively play on the playground equipped with a slide, trampoline, seesaw, and numerous toys, while adults can use the stone-built barbecue with a seating area.

Free parking is available in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

We received a ground-floor apartment on the northern side, which is very dark and eerie, as it is next to a house that completely blocks the light. There is a musty smell in that apartment. At our insistence, they moved us to another, well-lit apartment. During the negotiations about changing apartments, the owner seemed as if he wanted to argue; we have not had such an experience with him before. The apartment lacks cooking utensils, except for one pot. Frying is not allowed (due to the smell, as the owner informed us). We did not plan to cook, so we managed, but the fact that we cannot even prepare breakfast is quite excessive, considering we rented an apartment, not a hotel room. The description on the website does not match, as there is neither a washing machine, nor any utensils, nor an oven. The pull-out couch is narrow for two children, about 110 cm. Everything is new and clean. The front yard is nice and well-maintained. The back side of the house is much darker. The towels and bedding are excellent. There is a hairdryer and an iron.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
