Our description

Kavala Beach Hotel Apartments is an accommodation in Nea Iraklitsa, near the sandy beach. The hotel is modernly decorated and has a large swimming pool in the courtyard. Parking is provided for all guests.

The accommodation is located on the main road, about 900m from the center of Nea Iraklitsa. The beach is about 150m away from the hotel and the supermarket Lidl 300m.

It was built in 1998 and last renovated in 2014. It offers four studios and six apartments located on the first and the second floor (three apartments and two studios on each floor). All have a view of the sea and a swimming pool.

The studios are double and have one double bed, while a drawer bed (with a standard mattress), is drawn if necessary.

The apartments (four quadruple and two quintuple) are equally set on two floors. The quadruple apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and two single beds. In these units can be added one extra bed. The quintuple apartments have a living room with a kitchen and a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds and the largest terraces. The bathroom can be entered from the bedroom.

All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower bath. Some bathrooms have a shower cabin. The internet signal is a bit better in the communal areas (reception and swimming pool). Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach can be used simply by buying a drink or coffee.

Cleaning and towels replacement is performed every day, while bed linen is replaced after three days.

Guests can use a beautiful pool surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas that can be used free of charge, as well as the fenced yard.

Parking space is provided for all the guests.

The family-run hotel is housed in a building in a neo-classical style and features studios and apartments overlooking the blue sea, the bay, the village and the sunrise from all balconies. The lush Mediterranean garden of the hotel creates the unique atmosphere! The pool (outdoor) with hot tub and relaxing deck chairs offer relaxing moments.

The light-filled and fresh air-conditioned studio and apartments are cleaned daily by our friendly and courteous staff. Beds with latex coatings will offer relaxed night, soundproof windows will enlarge your privacy, TV, safety deposit box, hairdryer, baby bed (on request) as well as free wireless internet access in all rooms and apartments, will facilitate your stay in our hotel.

Fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave)for preparing light meals which can be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the sea, the bay and the village, will allow you to avoid abandonment of your usual diet. TV, safety deposit box and hairdryer will make it more comfortable for your stay. You can enjoy the barbecue, do picnics, use the free parking, and even call a doctor in the emergency.

We can organize (on request) your airport shuttle to and from the airports Thessaloniki and Kavala, a vehicle rental, as well as the organizing of private excursions for canoe, mountain bike, sea kayaking, and rafting and that another you can imagine that fits into the natural environment of the region. Last but not least is the courteous staff will inform you of all events in the region, cultural, artistic and will give you access to history and other area attractions.
