Description
Kavala Beach Hotel Apartments is an accommodation in Nea Iraklitsa, near the sandy beach. The hotel is modernly decorated and has a large swimming pool in the courtyard. Parking is provided for all guests.
The accommodation is located on the main road, about 900m from the center of Nea Iraklitsa. The beach is about 150m away from the hotel and the supermarket Lidl 300m.
It was built in 1998 and last renovated in 2014. It offers four studios and six apartments located on the first and the second floor (three apartments and two studios on each floor). All have a view of the sea and a swimming pool.
The studios are double and have one double bed, while a drawer bed (with a standard mattress), is drawn if necessary.
The apartments (four quadruple and two quintuple) are equally set on two floors. The quadruple apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and two single beds. In these units can be added one extra bed. The quintuple apartments have a living room with a kitchen and a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds and the largest terraces. The bathroom can be entered from the bedroom.
All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower bath. Some bathrooms have a shower cabin. The internet signal is a bit better in the communal areas (reception and swimming pool). Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach can be used simply by buying a drink or coffee.
Cleaning and towels replacement is performed every day, while bed linen is replaced after three days.
Guests can use a beautiful pool surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas that can be used free of charge, as well as the fenced yard.
Parking space is provided for all the guests.
Kavala Beach Hotel Apartments offers good service and nice accommodation, so it's recommended to everyone with similar preferences and priorities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
