Kyriaki Summer Resort is a villa in Nea Iraklica, located about 200m away from the beach. In addition to its modern interior, the spacious green courtyard is another advantage of this villa. The equipment of the apartments and maisonettes gives guests the impression of being at home.

The accommodation was built in 2008 and has been available for rent since 2018. There is one maisonette on the upper floor and one apartment on the ground floor available, which are connected by doors and can be rented together as a whole villa. The Lidl supermarket is 650m away, and the town center is about 1.7km away.

The ground floor apartment has an area of about 70m2. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests have access to a seating area with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue in the courtyard.

The maisonette has an area of about 110m2. The lower level features a toilet (without a shower), a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and stove, and a spacious terrace overlooking the courtyard with a barbecue. The living room has a sofa for one person, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a terrace with a view of the courtyard. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third has both a double and a single bed. This accommodation unit also includes a washing machine.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done midway through the stay for reservations longer than 7 days.

The courtyard is spacious and green, making this modernly furnished accommodation ideal for families and larger groups seeking a peaceful and quiet vacation away from the crowds.

Guests can find parking in the low-traffic street in front of the accommodation.

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
