Anthemia Luxury Villa is located in Nea Iraklitsa and has two units, one maisonette and a studio for four people. The maisonette (100m2) has two bedrooms upstairs (one room has a double bed and the other two single beds), while the ground floor has a living room and kitchen. The studio (50m2) is located on the ground floor (cascading construction) and has one double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
Both units have an equipped kitchen and the maisonette has one bathroom upstairs and a toilet on the ground floor.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
