The barbecue in the yard is shared and used by guests of Just on the Sea 1 Apartment, located in the same building. Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Pets are allowed with prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for the hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done midway through the stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
