Our description

Ilida Apartments are located in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. It offers modern apartments with one or two bedrooms and up to 5 people. Garden is very nice decorated, it has barbecue, tables with chairs and playground.

Accommodation is 250 meters away from the beach. Masoutis supermarket is 100 meters far.

House was built in 2010. and renovated in 2018. It offers six units in total- two family apartments on the ground floor and four duplex apartments on the upper floors.

4 Bed Apartment (4+1) are on the ground floor, they have one bedroom separated and they have around 55m2. Bedroom has double bed and living room have two single sofas. Bathroom has a shower cabin. There is one AC per apartment. Kitchen is equipped with stove, small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Apartments have two balconies- one on the front and one on the back side (garden view).

2 Bedroom Apartment are duplex apartments, also around 55m2. Two of them are on the first floor and two are on the second floor. One bedroom has double bed, other bedroom has two singles. Living room has two single sofas. Bathroom has shower cabin. Kitchen is equipped with stove, small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. There is one A/C per bedroom, so two in total. There are two balconies, one from the front and one from the back side.

There is possibility of adding an extra bed or baby cot. Units are for maximum 5 adults.

Mosquito nets are on the doors. All the apartments have safe box, TV and hairdryer.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every two days.

Garden is small but nice. There are gardens from both sides of the object. There you can find BBQ and toys for kids.

Parking can be found in around streets.

Ilida Apartments are good choice for families who wants to be close to the beach and want to have modern and quality accommodation.

Owners description

Welcome to Ilida Apartments. With love and passion, we built Ilida apartments, six modern apartments in New Peramos Kavala. Our village Nea Peramos is located on the west coast of Kavala, is 20km from the city of Kavala and 118km from Thessaloniki.

It is a region with long sandy beaches, clear blue seas, with a history of over 2500 years, with the most sunshine and less rain in northern Greece. We aspire to stay at Ilida apartments to offer you more joy in your life and a brighter smile on your lips.

The Ilida apartments consist of six one-bedroom quadruple apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom, WC, one room with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen and has A/C, TV and free WiFi internet. The Seagull apartments were completed in 2010 and opened its doors in June 2010. Manufactured under the personal supervision of the owners using the best construction materials. The decoration of the garden and indoor is our personal choice. It is in our opinion the best place of rest for families with 2-3 children and more. We tried to build harming the least about the environment and use green products where we can.

Apartments: Each of the six newly renovated apartments are 55m. They consist of a spacious bedroom with a TV, a WC with a shower and hairdryer and a single room 35m with two single beds and a kitchen. There are two apartments on the ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Free WiFi internet available in all areas. The Ilida apartments are located 100 meters from the beach of Nea Peramos and 2km from the beach dunes. The two ground floor apartments are easily accessible by wheelchair and can accommodate people with mobility difficulties light.

Studio: The studio Ilida is located in another building, 20 years old, next to the beach in Nea Peramos. Holds two people and is fully equipped. Has TV and A/C and fan. There is WiFi internet, located in downtown New Peramos, 10 meters from the sea.

Cleaning is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every two days.

- Tsipouro double distillation, with or without anise.
- Oil hot pressed at 30 degrees C of our trees.
- Wine (in the present trial) of our wine grapes.
- Sultana grapes, seedless, fit for human consumption even for young children.
