Hotel Description

Ilida Apartments are located in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. It offers modern apartments with one or two bedrooms and up to 5 people. Garden is very nice decorated, it has barbecue, tables with chairs and playground.

Accommodation is 250 meters away from the beach. Masoutis supermarket is 100 meters far.

House was built in 2010. and renovated in 2018. It offers six units in total- two family apartments on the ground floor and four duplex apartments on the upper floors.

4 Bed Apartment (4+1) are on the ground floor, they have one bedroom separated and they have around 55m2. Bedroom has double bed and living room have two single sofas. Bathroom has a shower cabin. There is one AC per apartment. Kitchen is equipped with stove, small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Apartments have two balconies- one on the front and one on the back side (garden view).

2 Bedroom Apartment are duplex apartments, also around 55m2. Two of them are on the first floor and two are on the second floor. One bedroom has double bed, other bedroom has two singles. Living room has two single sofas. Bathroom has shower cabin. Kitchen is equipped with stove, small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. There is one A/C per bedroom, so two in total. There are two balconies, one from the front and one from the back side.

There is possibility of adding an extra bed or baby cot. Units are for maximum 5 adults.

Mosquito nets are on the doors. All the apartments have safe box, TV and hairdryer.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every two days.

Garden is small but nice. There are gardens from both sides of the object. There you can find BBQ and toys for kids.

Parking can be found in around streets.

Ilida Apartments are good choice for families who wants to be close to the beach and want to have modern and quality accommodation.

A very comfortable apartment for a four-member family with a teenager. There is parking nearby, and the promenade and shops are close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The deadline for deposit payment is 24 hours.
The minimum number of nights for a reservation is 8. For less than 8 nights, the prices are on request.
