The house, surrounded by olive trees in a tranquil location, is decorated in traditional Greek style, featuring a spacious courtyard with a seating area and private parking. It is ideal for larger groups and families.
The village of Agios Andreas is situated 4km from Nea Iraklitsa and 6km from Nea Peramos, while Kavala is 20km away. The Masoutis market is located at a distance of 3.3km, and Lidl at 3.8km.
The nearest beach in Nea Iraklitsa is 4km away, while the famous Ammolofoi beach is at 11km.
This is a private house with a surface area of 110m2 on two levels, designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child.
The upper ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa, kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms. The loft area features a double bed within the open sleeping gallery.
The accommodation includes WiFi, three air conditioning units, a washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, toaster, and a coffee maker.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for the guests to change themselves. Extra cleaning is available for an additional fee.
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard overlooking the olive grove and nature, there is a seating area and a barbecue.
