Alexandros Garden House is located in a peaceful area of Nea Iraklice, near Kavala, just 580m from the sandy beach with a Blue Flag. This accommodation features a private garden and is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The vicinity of the sea, mountains, restaurants, and shops makes it suitable for a carefree vacation.

This is a maisonette on three levels that can accommodate up to nine people. It consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor. The basement includes one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining area, while the first floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has two double beds, the other has a sofa for two, and the basement bedroom has an extra bed and another sofa for two.

All rooms on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with air conditioning units, while guests in the basement have a fan for additional freshness. Guests have access to WiFi internet, and a Smart TV is located in the living room. Guests also have access to a washing machine, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Alexandros Garden House boasts two kitchens, each with four burners, a large oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as two large fridges with freezers. The maisonette also has two dishwashers.

Guests can enjoy two balconies on the first floor, as well as a large veranda on the ground floor, along with a private barbecue in the garden.

Pets are allowed to stay upon request, with no additional charge.

Cleaning and maintenance of the house are the responsibility of the guests, but additional cleaning service is available upon request for an extra fee. Linen and towel change is also the responsibility of the guests, although an extra set is provided on the premises at no extra cost.

Guests have access to private parking for two cars in the property’s yard. Additionally, there is enough space for extra vehicles in front of the yard, along the street, which is particularly important for larger groups traveling separately.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
