Accommodation description

Oxytocin Anna Maria’s Romantic Suite is located in Nea Iraklitsa, approximately 800m from the beach, in a peaceful setting suitable for a quiet stay for two or a small family with a child.

The studio is situated on the high ground floor of a building constructed on sloping terrain. It is designed for a maximum of two adults and one child up to 12 years old. Available are a double bed and a sofa.

A child’s cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge.

Guests have access to air conditioning, internet, TV, washing machine, and hairdryer. The kitchen area is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower with a glass partition.

The private veranda is enclosed and furnished with seating and a swing, while the view is directed towards the street.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, with a spare set of linens and towels available for changing as needed.

Private parking is not provided. Cars can be parked on the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
