Oxytocin Anna Maria’s Romantic Suite is located in Nea Iraklitsa, about 700 m from the beach, in an environment suitable for a quiet stay for two or a small family with a child. The accommodation is arranged as a studio with a spacious private veranda, so it is most suitable for guests who want a compact but pleasant space to relax, with the possibility of staying outdoors. Thanks to its location in one of the more famous resorts around Kavala, guests can easily combine beach visits, walking, dining, and coastal sightseeing during their stay.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a building built on sloping terrain, and the entrance to the accommodation leads through a veranda that is raised one step from the courtyard level. It is intended for a maximum of two adults and one child up to the age of 12. The interior space includes a sleeping area connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, so the layout is adapted to couples or a small family who prefer a compact space for a summer stay. The sleeping area has a double bed, while a sofa is used as an additional sleeping place.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, making it easier for families with babies to organize their travel and making the stay more practical for the youngest guests.

The studio’s equipment is adapted to a practical stay during the holiday. Guests have access to air conditioning, WiFi internet, and a TV, which allows for a more pleasant stay, everyday connectivity, and relaxation with their favorite content. For additional convenience, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available, which is especially useful for guests planning a longer stay. The kitchen area is equipped with a four-zone glass ceramic hob, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare meals and drinks during their stay.

The outdoor area of the studio consists of a spacious private veranda, which is connected to the accommodation and provides additional space for outdoor living. The veranda is fenced and equipped with seating and a swing, so it is suitable for morning coffee, a break during the day or quieter evening moments. This part nicely complements the compact interior space of the studio, while the view is directed towards the surroundings, the courtyard and the street, which gives the stay a simple and relaxed atmosphere in a quieter part of Nea Iraklitsa.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The studio is designed for more independent maintenance during the stay, so guests take care of the tidiness of the space themselves. A spare set of bed linen and towels is prepared in the accommodation, which guests can use as needed and change independently. Additional cleaning service is not provided during the stay.

Private parking is not provided. It is possible to park your car on the street, right in front of the accommodation or in the area nearby, depending on the availability of space at the time of arrival.

Nea Iraklitsa is a seaside resort in the Kavala area, located on the western coast of the bay, about 14 km from the city of Kavala. The place has a quieter and pleasantly decorated coastal atmosphere, with a promenade, taverns, cafes, shops and amenities that are sufficient for a relaxed summer stay, without the impression of a large and noisy tourist center. The picturesque bay, the small harbor and the church of Panagia Faneromeni, famous for the icon of the Virgin Mary, give the place a special character, while the main advantage for guests is the long sandy beach with clear sea and gradual entry into the water, suitable for families with children, couples and anyone who wants a quieter holiday by the coast. Along the beach there are organized areas with bars and relaxation facilities, but also enough space for a simpler stay by the sea. Thanks to its location near Kavala, Nea Peramos and Ammolofoi beach, Nea Iraklitsa is also practical for guests who want to change beaches during their holiday, visit the surroundings or organize excursions to Kavala, the archaeological site of Philippi and other interesting places in this part of northern Greece. The accommodation is about 49 km from the international airport in Kavala.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
