Relax Home is located in Nea Peramos. This spacious and modernly furnished apartment consists of three separate bedrooms and has a large roof terrace with seating area and barbecue.

The city center and the beach are at a distance of 400m, while the nearest market is located 150m away.

This is a first-floor apartment that can accommodate 12-14 people. The apartment (150m2) consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which is located in one of the rooms. All bedrooms have a double bed (180x200), and two rooms also have bunk beds for two people. The living room has a single bed (90x200), and an extra bed can be added. The balconies overlook the street and the courtyard, while the large roof terrace is located on the second floor.

The apartment is equipped with four air conditioners (all rooms are air-conditioned), WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a large fridge with freezer. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Guests can find parking in the surrounding streets.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
