Our description
Relax Home is located in Nea Peramos, close to the beach. The apartment is very spacious, modern and fully equipped. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace with barbecue, table and chairs.
The beach and the pedestrian zone are 400m away.
There's a modern apartment (150m2) on the first floor for rent. It has three bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and electric kettle. Within the air-conditioned living room, there's a corner sofa and an exit to the terrace overlooking the street, and a bathroom has a shower cabin. All bedrooms have one double bed and air conditioning, two have their own terrace overlooking the courtyard, and one has a bathroom with tub. There's another large terrace (150m2) on the second floor, with table, chairs and barbecue for apartment guests. If necessary, one auxiliary bed and an inflatable double mattress for two children can be added.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, are provided every three days.
You will find a parking space on a low-traffic street in front.
Relax Home can be a great choice for two families or a large group in search of quality accommodation in a quiet part of Nea Peramos, close to the beach and center.

Owners description
Relax Home is an apartment in Nea Peramos village, near to Kavala.
Situated on the first floor, with 150m2, this apartment is suitable for three families with children (6+3/4), with a space for extra beds.
There are three bedrooms, each with one king-size double bed with 27cm mattress with latex, (one of them is a master bedroom with a full bathroom with bath tab and wardrobe closet). There's a big fully equipped kitchen (with new built-in fridge, stove and oven), as well as spacious and comfortable dining room with a new dining set for eight people. A living room has a corner sofa bed (290x210) which turns into a full-size double bed. It has a 42'' flat screen plasma TV, air conditioning, central bathroom with a shower and balconies. There is a roof garden with a dining set, a barbecue and a playing corner for children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
