It is a first-floor apartment that can accommodate up to 10 people, including: six adults and four children. The 150m2 accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which is located in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, two of which also have a bunk bed for two people or a single bed. The balconies overlook the street and the courtyard, while on the second floor there is a large roof terrace with seating area and barbecue.
The apartment has four air conditioners (all rooms are air-conditioned), WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a large refrigerator with freezer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An extra set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available nearby, along the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
