Accommodation description

Patricia Apartment is located in Nea Peramos just above the accommodation Patriko Villa that owner is the same.

The accommodation is 240 m away from the beach and 300 m away from the resort centre.

It is a duplex apartment in a loft with a separate entrance. It has two separate bedrooms with double bed each, equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge and kitchenware- Also it has a bathroom and a living room where is a folding sofa bed and space for one more extra bed.

The accommodation has a WiFi, TV and A/C, balcony access.

Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay (for all bookings longer than 7 nights), and guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment themselves (they have the necessary accessories and means for this).

A very beautiful apartment. It can accommodate up to eight people. We did not have the chance to meet the owner or any of the hosts.

We did not have the opportunity to see the owner from start to finish, but he was okay to communicate with via messages. The accommodation is very old, but it has a lot of space. It can be suitable for more people, but it has a problem with the boiler, where we did not have enough hot water for the two of us to shower. It is extremely small, and the owner noted that it does not need to run more than half an hour a day and that we have to turn it off. Upon arrival, we had no water at all, so only later did he explain how to turn it on. Also, for 10 days our towel was not changed, nor was the bedding. There was no cleaning at all either. But a broom, mop, etc. were left, so whoever wants can do it themselves. What bothered us was that for 10 days the towels were not changed even once. In the end, the owner said that these could be special requests and that whoever wants a change must call and say so. I personally did not do that because I had not had such an experience before; usually, when we returned from the beach, we were welcomed with things changed and clean, but here the conditions are different. Everything else is okay.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
