Patricia Apartment is located in Nea Peramos, above the property of Patriko Villa, owned by the same owner.
The apartment is situated approximately 350 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the center of the village, making it convenient for guests who seek easy access to everything.
This is a two-bedroom apartment (90m2) in the attic with a separate entrance. It consists of two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Guests have at their disposal a kitchen with a dining table, stove, and refrigerator, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and the option to set up an additional auxiliary bed.
In terms of additional equipment and amenities, the apartment features internet, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are replaced halfway through the stay for reservations longer than 7 nights. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay, and they have the necessary utensils and cleaning supplies at their disposal.
Parking can be found in the surrounding streets.

A very beautiful apartment. It can accommodate up to eight people. We did not have the chance to meet the owner or any of the hosts.

We did not have the opportunity to see the owner from start to finish, but he was okay to communicate with via messages. The accommodation is very old, but it has a lot of space. It can be suitable for more people, but it has a problem with the boiler, where we did not have enough hot water for the two of us to shower. It is extremely small, and the owner noted that it does not need to run more than half an hour a day and that we have to turn it off. Upon arrival, we had no water at all, so only later did he explain how to turn it on. Also, for 10 days our towel was not changed, nor was the bedding. There was no cleaning at all either. But a broom, mop, etc. were left, so whoever wants can do it themselves. What bothered us was that for 10 days the towels were not changed even once. In the end, the owner said that these could be special requests and that whoever wants a change must call and say so. I personally did not do that because I had not had such an experience before; usually, when we returned from the beach, we were welcomed with things changed and clean, but here the conditions are different. Everything else is okay.
