Hotel Description

Patricia Apartment is located in Nea Peramos just above the accommodation Patriko Villa that owner is the same.

It is a duplex apartment in a loft with a separate entrance. It has two separate bedrooms with double bed each, equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge and kitchenware- Also it has a bathroom and a living room where is a folding sofa bed and space for one more extra bed.

The accommodation has a WiFi, TV and A/C, balcony access, while every four days is replacing of bed linen and towels and guests taking care of hygiene of the apartment and have all necessary things for it.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

A very beautiful apartment. It can accommodate up to eight people. We did not have the chance to meet the owner or any of the hosts.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
