Privileged Villa is located near Nea Peramos, 4.4km from the nearest beach and 6km from the village center and the beach in it. One of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece, Amolofi Beach, is just 5km away.
This accommodation, extending a warm welcome to individuals with disabilities, offers studios and apartments spread across the ground floor and first floor, accommodating up to four adults.
The studios, structured as maisonettes on two levels, are designed for up to two adults and two older children. They feature a double bed on the lower level, which can be on the ground floor or the first floor, and a sofa for two on the upper level within an open gallery, which can be on the first floor or in the attic.
Ground floor apartments, one of which is adapted for persons with disabilities, have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room, accommodating up to four adults.
Upon request and included in the price is the availability of a baby cot.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.05.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
