Description
Patriko Villa is the accommodation at 250m from the beach and 50m away from the center of Nea Peramos. It's a nice choice for two families or for a large group of friends.
There is no cafe on the beach in front of the accommodation. The nearest bars are located at a distance of about 200m.
There's one apartment on the ground floor with three bedrooms, with one double, two single i.e. two double beds (standard size and a bit smaller), a separate living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a balcony. One auxiliary bed can be added in the living room if needed. One bathroom has a tub and the other has a shower. Kitchen is separated and fully equipped with a stove with oven, big fridge, dining set and plates. The guests can also use the small barbecue in the corner. Guests have access to a fenced veranda at the entrance to the accommodation.
Cleaning of the bathroom, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are provided every 4-5 days. Guests clean the rest of the apartment by themselves during their stay. Accessories and hygiene products are provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro vece, interesuje nas apartman za 5 idraslih i 2 dece. Period od 25. 08. 11 noćenja. Da li su ljubimci dozvoljeni, trenirani bison. I da li bismo mogli da dobijemo slike dvorista/ bašte? Vazni su nam taj otvoreni deo i gril.

Hello, Last year i was whit my family AT Patrik villa nea peramos and IT was very nice accomodation and Village!!! This year we want to come to grece again, but în another place or Village do you have rooms also în a different Village? Thank you
