Aurora Apartment is located in the town of Nea Peramos, right on the sandy beachfront. This luxuriously equipped apartment features three separate bedrooms, a veranda with a direct view of the sea, and private parking.
The town center and promenade are just 300m from the accommodation, with the nearest Masoutis market only 200m away.
The beach is a mere 10m away.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults and four children. Covering an area of 90m2, it comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one in one bedroom). Two of the bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is a veranda overlooking the sea and the street, complete with seating.
Guests have access to a smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning in each room, a hairdryer, washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen with two burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linens and towels, is done midway through the stay.
The property features a beautifully landscaped courtyard overlooking the street.
Parking is available for guests within the premises.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
