Athina’s House By The Sea is located in the center of Nea Peramos, in the first row to the beach. It features two separate bedrooms and a large balcony with seating area and barbecue. It is an ideal accommodation for larger families and groups.
The apartment is situated in the very center, a step away from the promenade and taverns, in front of a small market where you can always buy fresh fruits and vegetables. A mini market is located 50m away, while the supermarket is at a distance of 650m.
The beach is 85m away from the accommodation.
This is an apartment on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to six people, or four adults and two children. The apartment (85m2) consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a living room with kitchen and two sofas for one person each, and a bathroom. It has a large balcony overlooking the street and a seating area.
Guests have at their disposal WiFi, TV, three air conditioners (in each room), a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a glass screen.
A baby cot is also available, which is provided upon request when booking the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay, they take care of the hygiene themselves, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
This property does not have a designated parking space, but there is always free parking available nearby along the street.

I wholeheartedly recommend Nikana and her team; they are exceptionally professional. The accommodation is exactly as depicted in the photographs, and the hostess is incredibly kind. Everything was impeccably clean. The only downside is that the air conditioning units have not been cleaned recently. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment, and the entry into the sea is a meter away from stones and sea urchins. However, Amolofi is very close, so those who are driving can swim there.
