Situated in the very center, just a step away from the promenade and taverns, in front of a small market where you can always buy fresh fruits and vegetables. A mini market is located 50m from the accommodation, while a supermarket is 650m away.
The beach is only 85m away.
This is an apartment on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It can accommodate up to six people, four adults and two children.
The 85m2 apartment consists of two separate bedrooms with queen beds, a living room with a kitchen and two sofas for one person each, and a bathroom. It has a large balcony overlooking the street with a seating area.
Guests have access to WiFi, TV, three air conditioning units (in each room), a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
Parking is not provided for guests, but there is always free parking available nearby along the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
