MyPeramos Apartment is located in Nea Peramos, 170m from the city beach, making it convenient for guests who wish to be close to the beach and all the events.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building and is intended for a maximum of four adults and one child. The living room with kitchen constitutes the central part of the apartment, while a separate bedroom and bathroom are located further on. The bedroom features a double and a single bed, while the living room is equipped with a sofa for two.

A baby cot is available upon request at no extra cost.

There are two air conditioners, internet, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, microwave oven, large refrigerator with a freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Guests can enjoy a seating area in the paved courtyard.

The stay of small pets in this accommodation is possible only by prior arrangement with the owners.

Cleaning, along with changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days. If needed, additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Since private parking is not available, guests can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
