Retro Beach House is a spacious and comfortable apartment located in the town of Nea Peramos, in close proximity to the sea. Thanks to its exceptional location, this accommodation is an excellent choice for guests who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea. It is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday in a pleasant and functionally equipped space.
It is situated approximately 30m away from the beach and around 500m from the town center.
This apartment is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of eight people. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, guests have two single beds and a sofa bed at their disposal.
Guests have air conditioning, wireless WiFi internet connection, televisions, as well as all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is suitable for meal preparation and is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. During their stay, guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer. The property largely relies on electricity produced by solar panels.
A particular value of this accommodation is the spacious veranda overlooking the sea.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay. For stays longer than seven nights, guests are provided with a clean replacement set of bed linen and towels, with the obligation to inform the owner of the change on the same day in order to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all current and future guests.
Private parking is not available within the premises of this apartment, and guests can park their vehicles on the street.
