Palio Armonia House is located in the village of Palio, not far from the beach. The accommodation offers modernly equipped apartments for families, larger groups, and couples. The apartments have a sea view and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
The center of the village is 400m away, while the nearest market is located 230m away.
The beach is at a distance of 220m from the accommodation.
It is a complex of five accommodation units, cascading construction consisting of three buildings: the first building is a villa-maisonette for eight people, which is a separate building. The second one comprises a large maisonette on the first floor for eight people and a studio for three people on the ground floor. The third building consists of a maisonette for six people on the first floor and a quadruple apartment on the ground floor.
The first building (where the villa-maisonette with an area of 200m2 is located) extends over three levels, the first level (on the level of the high ground floor) has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second level has a bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, while the third level has another bedroom with a double bed. Guests have access to two bathrooms and one toilet. The balconies offer a sea and street view.
The second building includes: a Large maisonette with an area of 170m2 located on the first floor and extending over two levels, the first level (first floor) has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for seating. The second level has two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. It has two bathrooms. The balconies offer a sea and street view. Within this building, there is also a studio for three people consisting of a double bed, a sofa for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a veranda with seating area overlooking the street.
The third building includes: a Small maisonette on the first floor with an area of 120m2, which extends over two levels, the first level has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, while the second level has one bedroom with a double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, dining area, and sofa for seating, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. The balconies offer a sea and street view. Within this building, there is also a quadruple apartment with an area of 70m2 for four people which has a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a living room containing two sofas for one person each, and a bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a veranda on the ground floor overlooking the street.
Guests have access to the internet, air conditioning in each room, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, shared washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kitchen with three burners and a small oven (in the studio and the quadruple apartment), a standard fridge in the studio, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a baby cot on request, and a shared barbecue. The bathrooms have a shower cabin/shower with a glass screen.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
Within this complex, there is also a beautifully landscaped yard that has a communal grill with seating.
There is no private parking, but free parking spaces can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
