Luxury Apartments includes two houses completely furnished and equipped. It is built on the site Palio Tsifliki (Kavala) away from the noise and clamor of the city, 10km west of Kavala, ideal for those looking for tranquil holidays close to nature by the sea.
Built in a 20 acres seaside estate planted with hundreds of olive trees, with the Aegean Sea watering the south edge of the estate. Walking along a small path across the estate, the visitor gets immediately the small, blonde beach with the crystal clear water. The pine trees bow to the beauty of the Aegean Sea while the location offers unique moments of relaxation. For those who love summer sports, the location is ideal for fishing and amateur diving.
Our House 2 consists of two houses.
The Aegean House - bungalow, 70m2, sleeps 4 + 2 persons. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, ideal not just for summer but for the winter holidays as well. It has a large terrace with a panoramic and spectacular view of the Aegean Sea and the lush greenery.
The Olive House - bungalow, 25m2, sleeps 2 people and consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, ideal for the summer season.

Bookings
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, please advise on the availability of the house from July 30th to Aug 5th 2022, and respectivelly for the price for 4 adults with 4 children.
