Accommodation description
Arroyo Suites is located in Kalamitsi, Sithonia, at a distance of 200m from the beach.
There are four four-bed studios which are on two floors(ground floor and first floor). One of the studios is adapted for people with disabilities. There is a separate entrance to the unit and a bathroom that is fully adapted. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets, iron.
On the ground floor there is a sofa intended for two people, while on the first floor there is a double bed.
The kitchen has two hotplates, a toaster, a nes coffee machine, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
Each unit has a veranda overlooking the courtyard.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days and are included in the price.
Parking is provided and is located within the complex of units.

The accommodation is beautiful, we are very satisfied. The owner is kind and communicative. They are very meticulous, they change the bed linen and towels every 3 days and clean the apartment. All praise.

The apartments are practically new, clean, and ideal for a longer stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, and she promptly resolved every issue that arose during the stay. They are ideal for two guests; for four, it might feel a bit cramped.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
