Owners description
Arroyo Suites is located in Kalamitsi, Sithonia, at a distance of 200m from the beach.
There are four four-bed studios which are on two floors(ground floor and first floor). One of the studios is adapted for people with disabilities. There is a separate entrance to the unit and a bathroom that is fully adapted. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets, iron.
On the ground floor there is a sofa intended for two people, while on the first floor there is a double bed.
The kitchen has two hotplates, a toaster, a nes coffee machine, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
Each unit has a veranda overlooking the courtyard.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days and are included in the price.
Parking is provided and is located within the complex of units.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani imate li slobodan termin za 3 odrasle osobe i 3 deteta od 4 godine, u prvoj polovini jula, 10 noci. Moze zajenicki smestaj sa dve odvojene sobe ili dve zasebne jedinice gde bi bile 2 odrasle osobe sa 2 deteta od 4 godine i u drugoj 1 odrasla osoba sa detetom od 4 godine. Dobar dan, zanima me da li imate slobodan smestaj za dve porodice. APARTMAN ILI STUDIO. JEDNA PORODICA DVOJE ODRASLIH I DVOJE DECE, DRUGA DVOJE ODRASLIH I TROJE DECE. U PERIODU OD 22.06 - 05.07. I koja bi cena bila za taj period. Nadam se bry=zom odgovoru. SRDACNO

Postovani, da li mi mozete poslati ponudu za smestaj na bazi polu pansiona 10 nocenja u julu od 12.7. pa kada imate termina. U pitanju je cetvoroclana porodica sa decom 10 i 3 godine.
