Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 60 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

This unique complex consists of three luxury villas. Each villa offers the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and complete privacy, along with stunning sea views.
Villa Juno is an elegant ground-floor villa that can accommodate up to five adults. It offers a comfortable layout with a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds joined together, and the living room has a sofa bed for one person.
Villa Julious is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper level, the first floor, features a second bedroom with a private bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds joined together, and there are two sofa beds for one person each in the living room.
Villa Augustus is the most spacious villa, also a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, the first floor, there is an additional bedroom with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom features two single beds joined together, and the living room offers two sofa beds for one person each.
Upon request, a baby cot for children up to two years of age is available free of charge.
The air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioners in all rooms, offers free WiFi internet, TVs in the living room and bedrooms with satellite channels and Netflix, a safety deposit box, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully modern equipped kitchen with a ceramic stovetop with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Breakfast, varied and perfect for starting the day, is included in the price. Guests can also enjoy light meals upon request until 3 PM for an additional fee.
Each villa offers a private pool and a stylishly furnished veranda with sun loungers, lazy bags, and a seating area. Villa Juno and Villa Julious also have an outdoor shower, while Villa Julious offers an extra luxury — a private balcony with a jacuzzi and panoramic sea views.
The courtyard surrounding the villas is fully fenced, beautifully landscaped, and paved, featuring comfortable seating areas and a gazebo in natural shade. Each villa has its own private barbecue, perfect for relaxed moments with family or friends.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Housekeeping is performed daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
A parking space is provided for guests.
